Recycle and Reuse

In 21 days, my youngest daughter will turn 21. As I am wrapping her 21 assorted gifts, I am reminded of the thriftiness of Miss Penny Saver and her friends. Having lived throught the Great Depression and WWII, they learned from necessity, how to recycle things and get along with less. So, using previously used wrapping paper is a good place to start. Cutting the front off of cards and using them as a postcard style note is another excellent way to reuse. My compliments to the generation before me for being the first to really be green...Miss Penny Saver Tip#5: May we learn from those before us how to conserve and Go Green!
