Shop Around

My daugher's roommate was coming for dinner and I wanted to cook something special. I knew that the salmon was no longer on special at the local market, so I decided to try Whole Foods. Their fresh fish section is large and often offers more options than other stores. Sure enough, there was a salmon selection on special, so I bought it! After getting some cooking advice from the butcher, I prepared the fish and was very pleased with the results.
